Distance Sales Agreement

This agreement sets out the terms and conditions for the distance sale of Reliften product offered by Tunprak Innovation R&D Inc. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Parties
SELLER: Tunprak Innovation R&D Inc. - BUYER: The person or organization placing the order. This agreement is regulated under consumer protection laws and distance sales regulations.
Product Information
RELIFTEN Care Cream 100 ml is a cosmetic product. Product features, the ingredient list and warnings are stated on the packaging and on our website. Product images are representative.
Payment and Price
Product prices are as stated on the website and include VAT. Payment is made by bank transfer/EFT during order. Prices may change without prior notice.
Delivery
Orders whose payment is approved by 16:00 are dispatched the same day, and delivery within Turkey takes 1-3 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on the shipping company and region. Shipping is free.
Cancellation and Return
You can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date. Returned products must be unopened and unused. Products unsuitable for hygiene and health reasons cannot be returned.
Consumer Rights
All your rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection laws are reserved. Consumer arbitration committees and consumer courts have jurisdiction in case of disputes.
